Geographical Extension: originally native to Southeast Asia, Hemidactylus frenatus is today spread over the entire tropics.
Habitat: This species inhabited different habitats. He comes to rocks and trees before and is an outspoken follower culture.

Reproduction: Usually two hard-shelled eggs per clutch. Several clutches are produced a year. The Incubation period is at 30°C from 50-60 days.

food: Live insects (e.g. crickets, grasshoppers and cockroaches). Alternatively special Food for insectivorous reptiles can be offered, which is enriched with Cuttlefish Bone.
