Geographical Extension: North-East Vietnam and on the isle Kuining Chao in the Norway archipelago
Habitat: lowland rainforest, crepuscular and nocturnal
Size: up to 15 cm
Life Expectancy: over 10 years
Reproduction: several times per year 2 eggs. Incubation period at 26-27°C about 70-80 days.
Temperature: at day between 22-26°C. Night setback to 16-20°C.
Humidity: 80-95°C
Lighting: Daylight fluorescent tubes, e.g. "Sorry Link missing" or "Sorry Link missing"
Substrate: loose, absorptive substrate (see "Sorry Link missing").
Cage Furniture: climbing facilities, hiding places, a flat water bowl
Terrarium Size (for long term care): 60x40x40 cm (LxWH) for 1-2 animals
food: Insects (e.g. cricktets, house crickets, grasshoppers, cockroaches, super mealworms, wax moths, etc.) also products from the "Sorry Link missing". Regular additions of "Sorry Link missing" and "Sorry Link missing" are necessary.
Comment: Goniurosaurus lichtenfelderi îs often mistaken for G. hainanensis. G. lichtenfelderi has to be tended "soggier" than G. luii.
