Habitat: mountainous rain forests above 1000 m, diurnal
Size: approx. 47 cm
Life Expectancy: over 10 years
Reproduction: several clutches with 8 eggs per years. Incubation period at 26°C about 80 days.
Temperature: temperature between 24-28°C, local heat spots up to 30°C. Night setback to 20-22°C. A good ventialtion is required.
Humidity: 80-95%
