Geographical Extension: From the Southern Part of northeast-Canada over the eastern part of middle USA to northeast-Mexico
Habitat: From deciduous forests to dry savannahs, civilisation follower
Size: approx. 85-150, maximum 250 cm
Life Expectancy: over 20 years
Reproduction: lays up to 44 eggs, 2 clutches per year are possible. Incubation period at 28°C approximately 60-80 days.
Temperature: air temperature between 20-25°C at day, at night as low as under 20°C. Local sun spots up to 35°C.
Humidity: 50-60%
Lighting: Daylight fluorescent tubes e.g. "Sorry Link missing" or "Sorry Link missing"
Substrate: loose, absorptive substrate (see "Sorry Link missing").
Cage Furniture: hideouts, stones, roots and other climbing facilities. A small flat water bowl. Planting is possible (Ficus benjamina, F. pumila, Scindapsus etc.).
food: mice of appropriate sizes
